  2. What kind of peanut butter do you use? Your ingredients say 'no sugar added' next to the Peanut Butter , and most store-bought peanut butters have sugar in them I think, so I was wondering if you use a special kind of Peanut Butter or just a Skippy or Jiff-like brand? And would you use crunchy or creamy peanut butter?

    1. Hi Tonya! You can add about 1 cup of packed spinach into the smoothie. The spinach can be added at the same time as all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
