– Zucchini – Broccoli – Kale

Press Sauté button on Instant Pot, add oil and chopped onions. Sauté 5 minutes, until onions are soft and translucent.
Add zucchini, broccoli, and kale, stirring and sautéing for another five minutes. Color will deepen and the kale should slightly wilt.
Pour vegetable broth over vegetables and seal the Instant Pot. Set pressure on high setting and manual timer for 12 minutes.
When cooking is complete, allow pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes, then manually release until the pressure indicator drops.
Add fresh herbs, salt, lemon juice, and garlic. Working in batches, if necessary, blend until smooth in blender.
