21 Easy 15-Minute Weight Watchers Chicken Recipes

Quick and easy Weight Watchers chicken recipes that are ready in 15 minutes? Yes, please!

Weight Watchers Chicken Recipes

There are so many reasons to love the Weight Watchers program. Since you’re counting your food intake by SmartPoints, you don’t have to keep track of your calories. In fact, the points take care of all of your macros (including protein and carbohydrates), so all you need to do is stay under your daily point goal! The program does leave things rather wide-open, though, which can make it hard to decide which recipe you want to make. Well, if you’re in the mood for chicken, look no further than these Weight Watchers chicken recipes.

Why chicken? We love cooking with chicken for a number of reasons! It’s easy, versatile, family-friendly, and healthy! Compared to beef, chicken is leaner and higher in protein. This makes it a fantastic ingredient to work with when following the Weight Watchers plan.

This collection includes some of our favorite recipes on the site. They’re wildly popular because they take boring-old chicken and turn it into something flavorful and fantastic. These Weight Watchers chicken recipes are guaranteed to satisfy your palate (and, your family’s too). We especially love number 8 – it’s like a dream come true that I can eat something that cheesy on a diet!

  1. I love your recipes, thanks so much for posting these! I do have a question though. I thought smart points and freestyle points were different. Didn’t the plans change from smart points to freestyle, and now WW has both plans plus another? Just want to make sure about the points being used since I was on smart points and prefer that over freestyle, that I think has WAY too many free foods.

    1. Kristen, Here’s a couple of options to make the recipe thicker:

      1. Take one cup of the soften veggies (w/o liquid), mash well and add back to the recipe.
      2. Add 2 Tablespoons cornstarch to 1/2 cup liquid from the soup, stir well and add back to the recipe.

      YUM!

  2. Thank you so much for all the great ideas. I am back at WW for the 4th time. I’m never ever leaving again. With all the help its possible to be healthy and happy. Count me grateful
