Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup walnut halves
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 Tablespoon parsley finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Toss all ingredients together on a rimmed baking sheet and spread into an even, single layer.
  • Roast for 10 minutes, stir and spread into single layer again.
  • Roast another 5 minutes, and check to make sure nuts aren't burning.
  • Roast another 3-5 minutes, checking every few minutes to prevent burning.
  • Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
