Super Easy Skillet-Pizza Made with On-Hand Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 8-inch flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoon marinara sauce (or pizza sauce)
  • 3 tablespoons mozzerella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion

Instructions

  • Heat skillet then place the tortilla in the skillet for about 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Flip the tortilla to toast the second side.
  • While the second side browns, spread the on marinara and sprinkle with the mozzarella and your favorite toppings. Cook until cheese melts.
  • If desired, cook the pizza in an oven safe skillet or transfer to a baking sheet and broil for about 30 seconds to 1 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
