Ingredients

  • 2 avocados medium, peeled and pitted
  • 1/3 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 jalapeño seeded, diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add avocados and mash with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Add mixture to a glass container, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
