3slices turkey bacondiced and cooked
1roma tomatodiced small
2tablespoonsred oniondiced small
1/2cupfat-free shredded cheddar cheese
2tablespoonsclean eating mayonnaise
1teaspoonlemon juice
Instructions
Cook the ground turkey in a large skillet on medium heat. Break up the turkey as it cooks into small pieces, season with salt and pepper.
Place the lettuce leaves on a flat surface. Fill each with about 3 tablespoons of the cooked ground turkey. Top each with the bacon, tomato, onion, and cheese.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Drizzle over lettuce cups. Serve.
