Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef alternative: ground turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into 1 inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Add to your favorite pasta dish or meatball appetizer.
