Ingredients

  • 1 whole papaya
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • 1 kiwi peeled and cut into small chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons almonds slivered

Instructions

  • Leaving the peel on, cut the papaya fruit in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and pulp from the center to make a boat.
  • Divide the Greek yogurt between the two papaya boats, placing the yogurt in the hollowed-out center of the papaya. Drizzle each with the honey and top with pomegranate seeds, kiwi, chia, and almonds; dividing evenly between each boat. Serve and enjoy!
