Ingredients

  • 1 mango medium, peeled, pit removed, and diced small
  • 6 roma tomatoes diced small
  • 1 red onion small, diced small
  • 1 red bell pepper small, diced small
  • 1 jalapeno minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the mango, tomato, onion, pepper, and jalapeno, mix will. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Gently toss just to combine.
  • Let sit for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla or pita chips on the side. Great on top of fish tacos!
