Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dates pitted, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon whey protein powder (We used Tera's Protein Powder, Low-Carb & Gluten Free)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
