Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops 1-inch thick
  • avocado oil cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for five minutes.
  • Pat the pork chops dry and spray both sides with the avocado oil. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the kosher salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
  • Coat the pork chops with the spice mixture and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 9 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
