Ingredients

  • 2 whole pitas cut in half and a pocket formed
  • 1/2 cup garlic hummus
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/2 avocado pit removed and sliced into strips
  • 2 cups baby arugula

Instructions

  • Carefully open the pocket and spread the hummus inside. Stuff with remaining ingredients, dividing each ingredient evenly between each pita pocket.
