This winter charcuterie board makes the perfect appetizer, all season long!

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces parmesan cheese
  • 3 ounces brie cheese
  • 3 ounces uncured ham
  • 3 ounces uncured salami
  • ½ pound green grapes
  • ¼ cup castelvetrano olives
  • ¼ cup fig jam
  • 5 ounces multigrain crackers
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 1 cup green apples sliced

Instructions

  • Grab your board and place it as close to the area where you will serve it as possible.
  • Slice the meats and cheeses.
  • Wash your fruit and pat dry.
  • Place the fig jam, and olives in their own containers.
  • Assemble the remaining ingredients on the board. Best served immediately but can be left at room temperature for 1 hour.
