Feta Egg White Wrap with Spinach and Sundried Tomatoes

This breakfast wrap is packed with protein and filled with fluffy egg whites, crumbly feta, and spinach.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 2 lavash flatbreads
  • 1/4 cup garden vegetable cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 tablespoons sundried tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in pan over medium heat. Pour the egg whites into the pan and stir until soft and scrambled. Then remove them from the heat.
  • Assemble the wrap by spreading the cream cheese in the wrap, followed by the eggs, spinach, sundried tomatoes, and feta cheese. Feel free to season with a little salt and pepper, as well.
