Ingredients

  • 8 whole grain bread slices
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 2 eggs with yolk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons raisins optional

Instructions

  • Cut up your bread into small pieces.
  • Mix all ingredients well in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 4-5 hours. The liquid should be completely soaked up by the bread when it's done.
