Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth low sodium no sugar added
  • 1 cup corn frozen - thawed
  • 1 cup red pepper chopped

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker, cover and cook as directed below.
  • Time: 2-4 hours or until oats are cooked through.
