  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tea bag
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional for sweetness


  • Add one cup water to a small saucepan, bring to a simmer, remove from heat and add one teabag. Allow tea to steep for 5 minutes. In a quite place, sip tea slowly and allow your body to relax without any distractions.


If you don't add honey, this is a zero calorie beverage. Additionally, you can add some of your favorite creamer!
