  • 2 tablespoons nut butter of your choice (clean eating), store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon polaner all fruit spread of choice or other fruit-sweetened jam
  • 2 slices whole-wheat sandwich bread or whole-grain sandwich bread
