Ingredients

  • 2 cups mangoes diced
  • 2 cups strawberries diced
  • 2 cups pineapples diced
  • 1 cup grapefruit pieces halved
  • 3 kiwis peeled and diced small
  • 2 oranges diced
  • 1 onion medium, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro fresh, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chives fresh, minced
  • 1 tablespoon mint fresh, minced
  • 1 lime zested
  • 4 teaspoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or more
  • ground pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium to big bowl, combine the fruits, onions, cilantro, chives, mint, and lime zest.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust the taste if desired. Pour the sauce in the fruit bowl and mix well.
