  • 1/2 watermelon seedless, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • lemon juice freshly squeezed


  • Freeze watermelon chunks overnight. Place frozen chunks and 1 tbsp. of lemon juice into a blender. Blend, adding more lemon juice, as needed, until the consistency is smooth. Serve and enjoy!
