Ingredients

  • 1 Chickpea Thin Crust Pizza Dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups fat-free mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup asparagus cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup red onion cut into thin strips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a pizza pan with non stick spray
  • Spread the chickpea pizza crust in a thin even layer on the prepared pizza pan.
  • Brush the crust with the olive oil and top with the garlic.
  • Sprinkle the cheese over the garlic oil and top with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble and brown. Let pizza cool slightly before serving.
