Sangria Fruitsicles

These adult popsicles are not only delicious but are fun to look at as well.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups red wine such as Pinot Noir
  • 1/4 cup triple sec
  • 2 cups club soda
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup mixed berries frozen (if strawberries are whole in the mix, slice them in half)
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 nectarine cut into small slices

Instructions

  • Mix together wine, triple sec, club soda, orange juice, and honey. Fill 8 popsicle molds with an equal amount of fruit to each, then fill with wine mixture.
  • Insert sticks and place in freezer overnight, or until frozen through. Enjoy!
