Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Italian parsley finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 onion small, finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • 1 red chili pepper small, seeded and deveined, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve over favorite meat or pasty.

Notes

For a smooth sauce, combine ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
