  • 1 apple organic
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley or cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups chilled water


  • If using a juicer: Add all the ingredients and enjoy!
