Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup strawberries frozen
  • 1/3 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/3 cup raspberries frozen
  • 1/2 apple seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter all-natural
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein (we like Terra Origin)
  • 1/4 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth and thick.
