  • 2 whole-wheat tortilla wraps fat-free
  • 1 boneless and skinless chicken breast cooked and sliced into strips
  • 2 slices turkey bacon chopped
  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1/4 cup broccoli finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrot peeled and shredded
  • 2 tablespoons clean-eating ranch dressing like out plant-based ranch


  • Lay the tortilla wraps on a flat surface, place the chicken, bacon, romaine, broccoli, and carrot down the center, dividing evenly between the two wraps. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of ranch into each wrap.
  • Carefully roll into a burrito shape and cut in half, serve.
