Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-Fry


To make a stir-fry dish, whisk sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Heat one tablespoon of avocado oil in a large pan, add broccoli and bell peppers, and cook for 2-3 minutes.


Remove veggies, add another tablespoon of oil, and brown chicken for 1-2 minutes on each side. Pour the sauce into the pan, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then reduce heat to low.


Add veggies back to the pan and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
