Mini Open-Faced Cuban Sandwiches

Ingredients

– Olive Oil – Salt and Black Pepper – Chicken Broth – Dill Pickles – Mayo – Yellow Mustard – Provolone Cheese Slices – French Baguette – Pork Tenderloin – Smoked Ham

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Sear seasoned pork tenderloin in a skillet, then wrap it in foil with chicken broth and bake for 20 minutes.

Let it rest, slice into thin pieces, and set aside. Mix deli ham, chopped pickles, and a blend of mayonnaise and mustard.

Place baguette slices on a sheet pan, top with pork, ham mixture, and halved provolone. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
