Instructions
Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a small saucepan, heat the peanut butter and agave syrup until hot and well combined. Remove from heat and stir in the oats. If the mixture is too dry, a little water can be added. Press into the prepare baking pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Once the peanut butter mixture as set, melt the chocolate chips and pour on to the top of the bars. Spread in an even layer and refrigerate for another 20 minutes or until chocolate has set.
