Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen, tops removed
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup blackberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup acai berries dried
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all the berries and the water in a large pot. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring often. Reduce to a simmer and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the berries have mashed. Make sure to stir often to prevent the jam from burning!
  • Stir in the chia seeds and simmer for 3 minutes. Let cool completely before storing in the refrigerator or freezer.
