Ingredients

  • 4 bacon slices cooked crisp according to package directions, crumbled or chopped small
  • 1 pound broccoli florets cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 apple cored and chopped into 1/2" pieces
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise reduced calorie
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Cook bacon according to package directions, drain on paper towels and crumble. Set aside.
  • Combine broccoli, chopped apple and bacon in a medium mixing bowl.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar until well blended.
  • Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
