- 4 bacon slices cooked crisp according to package directions, crumbled or chopped small
- 1 pound broccoli florets cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 apple cored and chopped into 1/2" pieces
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise reduced calorie
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Cook bacon according to package directions, drain on paper towels and crumble. Set aside.
Combine broccoli, chopped apple and bacon in a medium mixing bowl.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar until well blended.
Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
