Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 1/3 cup coconut milk light
  • 1/4 cup cherries
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 pinch cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, dissolve cocoa powder in two tablespoons of hot water.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Separate into eight little ramekins or keep as is, cover, and refrigerate for up to four hours.
  • Serve as they are or add extra cherries, toasted nuts, a sprig of mint, chocolate chips, and whipped cream to up the wow factor.

Notes

Adding cinnamon and cayenne aid with both weight loss and taste. Additional toppings aren’t configured in the nutritional table.
