Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese nonfat, part-skim, small curd
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Place the walnuts in the bottom of a bowl and drizzle with half of the honey. Spoon the cottage cheese on top and drizzle with the remaining honey. Top with raspberries and dust cocoa powder on top. Enjoy!
