shredded and toasted

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the coconut milk, orange juice, orange zest, and honey. Mix well and add the chia seeds, mix well.
Let sit for 5 minutes. Stir and spoon into 4 serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours overnight.
When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator and top with the coconut and raspberries. Serve and enjoy!
