quick or rolled oats

ripe bananas

vanilla extract

semi-sweet chocolate chips
Use raisins, chopped nuts, or whatever add ins you desire.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment (or use a nonstick cookie sheet).
Squish ripe bananas with a fork until you've achieved a creamy consistency.
Add oats, cinnamon, and vanilla and stir until ingredients are evenly combined.
Mix in semi-sweet chocolate chips, raisins, chopped nuts, or add-ins of your choice. Feel free to use more than one!
Roll generous spoonfuls of batter into 1-inch balls- about 8-10 balls total. Place each scoop a couple inches apart.
Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and lightly crisp. Enjoy!
Notes
Optional- add in whatever goodies you have on hand. Raisins, dried cherries, or chopped walnuts or almonds make great additions to these cookies!
