Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Press each ham slice into the muffin pan, creating a cup shape.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, egg whites, and milk. Stir in the green onion and pour into the ham cups until about 3/4 full.
Bake until eggs are completely set, about 20 minutes. Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
