Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup pineapple frozen
  • 2/3 cup coconut-flavored low-fat Greek yogurt Chobani recommended
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon blue agave or regular agave
  • 1/2 cup spinach optional
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut optional

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients (except the shredded coconut) together until smooth.
  • Pour into two separate glasses and top each with one tablespoon of shredded coconut.
