Instructions
Combine the lemon juice and avocado in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Stir in the remaining ingredients just until combined. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
Serve with a side of tortilla chips, pita, or fresh veggies.
