Ingredients

  • 4 waffles We like Kodiak brand protein waffles, cooked, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups fruit any kind- berries, banana, apples, etc
  • 4 ounces cheese brie, cheddar, gouda, etc
  • Other toppings of your choice (yogurt, whipped cream, chocolate chips, nuts, granola, marshmallows, etc.)

Instructions

  • In a small condiment serving bowl, mix together peanut butter and honey.
  • Place bowl where you'd like it on the charcuterie board.
  • Next, arrange waffle pieces on the charcuterie board or large plate.
  • Arrange desired fruit, cheese and other toppings in any pattern you'd like. Try to distribute colors evenly.

Notes
