How to Make Cheese Taco Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese try cheddar, colby jack, or a Mexican blend

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange cheese in 4 circular shapes on the paper. Each circle should use 1/4 cup of cheese.
  • Bake cheese until bubbly and browned in spots.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for about 1-2 minutes before attempting to remove the cheese shell from parchment paper.
  • Carefully lift the cheese shell off of parchment paper and lay over a curved suface like a rolling pin.
  • Let cool completely until they've taken shape, and then enjoy!
