Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 cups lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup relish
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced

Tangy Burger Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, then once it’s hot add the ground beef. Cook for about 8 minutes, breaking up into small chunks. Once it has been fully cooked through and all of the pink is gone, remove from the pan.
  • Meanwhile, combine lettuce, tomato, relish, red onion into four separate bowls. Top with burger meat.
  • Mix together the burger sauce ingredients until it’s a smooth, creamy texture. Drizzle overtop of each bowl and enjoy!
