Mediterranean Style Greek Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey lean
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, almond flour, parsley, garlic, oregano, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
  • Form into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
