Idaho potatoes
washed and cut into 1/2 inch cubes

olive oil

kosher salt

ground black pepper

ground cayenne pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat the potatoes in all seasonings and oil. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, remove and stir the potatoes. Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes more or until lightly browned.
