4boneless and skinless chicken breasts6 to 8 ounces each
1 1/2cupschicken broth
2cupsmushroomssliced
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonground black pepper
1/2teaspoondried thymenot ground
1teaspoongarlic powder
2teaspoonworcestershire sauce
1/4cupcream cheesefat-free
1/2cupGreek yogurtplain, fat-free
Instructions
Place all ingredients except the cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and set aside. Whisk in the cream cheese and yogurt until smooth. Return the chicken to the slow cooker. Cook on high for another 15 minutes.
