Ingredients

  • 15 ounces low sodium black beans canned, drained & rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne or chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil or olive oil, more as needed
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended
  • Add more avocado/olive oil as needed and continue processing on low until smooth and creamy.
