Turkey and Avocado Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 8 thin deli turkey slices fat-free, sulfate and nitrate-free
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 1/2 avocado pit removed, peeled and sliced very thin
  • 1 cup bean sprouts

Instructions

  • Lay the turkey pieces on a flat surface and spread about 1 teaspoon of pesto on each. Lay two or three slices of avocado on one edge of the turkey and place bean sprouts on top. Carefully roll each. Serve.

Notes

The fats in this recipe are healthy fats from the avocado.
