Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 10-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Add any additional goodies you have on hand, like nuts, dried fruit, semi-sweet dark chocolate chips, etc., to the batter.
Spread batter into the casserole pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until oatmeal and lightly crisp and browned around the edges.
Serve with fresh berries, or heat up frozen berries for a delicious topping.
Notes
Feel free to use whatever add-ins you have on hand. Walnuts, chopped almonds, chopped peanuts, dried raisins, or dried cranberries make great options to this baked oatmeal!
This dish is a casserole and has a much firmer consistency than a traditional bowl of oatmeal.
