Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan


Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned Panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, and basil.


Coat each chicken breast in flour, egg, and breadcrumb mixture. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.


Transfer to a baking sheet, top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella, then broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
