Ingredients

  • 2 pounds broccoli florets
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss together all ingredients and lay on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes until broccoli is crisp. Serve and enjoy!
  • Option: After baking sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of low-fat grated parmesan cheese for extra flavor!
